BACKGROUND

MYFurnitureLab is a homegrown furniture shop that based in Cheras, Selangor. Their vision of making luxury furnitures affordable makes them stand out from the market. The company intially started to sell their products through Lazada and Shopee marketplaces. However, they also believed that having their own website would generate greate results for them and propel their brand with an online brand presence in the minds of consumers.

Strategy

Rebrand stepped in when MYFurnitureLab approached us with the need of developing an E-Commerce platform. However, with their previous developer didn’t manage to complete the E-Commerce platform, MYFurnitureLab was left hanging without much clue to get the project going.

After careful inspection and brainstorming, Rebrand has decided to redesigned their entire E-Commerce platform from scratch and providing them with a fresh tune of brand voice with elegant designs and inspiring look.

Solution

Rebrand have to recraft the website from the ground up, upload products into the platforms and enhances. the E-Commerce with features that would entice customers to convert easily such as Product Timers to create urgency, Stock Level indicators to highlight products.

The platform also equipped with Artificial Intelligence Recommendation algorithms that would propose or recommend users based on the pattern of viewing of products or behaviours during the usage of the website.

Furthermore, we also enabled MYFurnitureLab to offer Buy Now, Pay Later options for their customers by integrating with Hoolah. With all these features and paired with effective digital marketing campaigns, the website is deemed as a money making machine for the business!
