Frequently asked questions.

How long is the professional photography process?

Depending on which photographer service you are choosing.

For corporate photoshooting, indoor photoshooting or outdoor photoshooting, our team will go to your premise or specified location to have a phototaking session (4 Hours, 8 Hours or more).

For product photoshooting, you are required to send your products to our photo shoot studio so that we will do the phototaking in house and process the photos for you.

How does the photography service payment work?

We would require to collect 60% deposit payment and 40% balance payment upon completion.

What is expected from me?

Graphic Design Malaysia, Rebrand values effective and constant communication from both ends to ensure a successful project delivery and moving the project forward.

Do I own all the edited / non-edited photos?

Yes, absolutely. You own all the photos inclusive of edited and non-edited versions. We will prepare the source files for you which is downloadable.
