In order to outshine their identity as a hotpot franchise, they quietly yet astonishing made known to the public by running hidden styled restaurant in the heritage building with no signboard to be seen even if somebody passing by. Aimed to provide the best quality of services and food to their customers to that they would spend a splendid time while eating with their loved ones is one of their daily goal and missions.
Red Inn Hotpot Malaysia approached Rebrand in light of finding an agency that could create a great looking website which better present their brand and provide an improved customer online order experience which is gaining traction due to covid-19 spreading globally.
We have to come up with a strategy that could bring a better customer experience on to the table and improve their online sales order since their business were impacted by covid-19 and Movement Control Orders that are implemented within Malaysia.
Rebrand created a website that allow customers to select their favourite dishes and make orders directly through WhatsApp. This approach has brought a significant amount of convenience to their customer base which also increased their online delivery sales.
