BACKGROUND

Not Only Toy aims to bring quality & limited collection figures that represent and recall childhood for every “big boy” who was dreamed, expressing the pure happiness from enjoying lifestyle with personal taste. 

Not Only Toy wanted to create an E-Commerce platform that could allow their customers to make pre-orders and purchases conveniently. Currently they are doing all the transactions manually and processing orders through WhatsApp messages which is quite a hassle and reduces productivity and efficiency.

Hence, Rebrand came into the picture to help address the issues that Not Only Toy Trading are facing and build an online presence for their brand and solidify their position as a huge figure distributor in Johor.

Strategy

Not Only Toy wanted their website to allow pre-order and deposit payments collection from customers in which they believe that it could provide a better flexibility and piqued customers interest in making a purchase within a short duration of period.

Not Only Toy also requested to have analytic tools and sales reports so that they could analyse their sales data and make judgement and promotion deals accordingly.

With these main requirements in mind, Rebrand then sets swift meetings with the team and plan out the tasks and actions required to make things into reality.

Solution

Rebrand team brainstormed and came out with a solution that could allow visitors to make pre-order purchases and full payment on Not Only Toy’s website. 

Pre-order approach allows visitors to make a deposit payment rather than a complete payment due to the item arriving in later months. This approach has significantly increased the conversion rate and purchase interest of figurines.

With excel generated sheets and graphs within the website, it provides insightful information to Not Only Toy which greatly enhances their sales generation capability.
